Short Bio: Fursey Gotuaco is a 3-time District Champion winning in District 25 and 85, in both Table Topics and International Speech Contest. In 2020 he reached the Semifinals of The World Championship of Public Speaking and was a Finalist in 2022. In August of 2020, he won District 25’s Toastmaster of the Year.
Fursey Gotuaco has been an educator his entire life. He has been an administrator and Theatre teacher for over 30 years both in Texas and China. Currently, he is a Principal at Hangzhou International School in Hangzhou, China.
